Terms and conditions.
Please read the following terms and conditions, by placing an order you are agreeing to the following terms.
•all items made by Sam’s Crafty Corner are intended as display products only. Please take care where you place items as they are not toys and may contain small parts. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
•my turnaround is approximately 28 working days, at busy times this may increase and will be advertised on my page, please contact me before placing an order if you require the item for a particular date to ensure I can complete the work in time. A rush fee may apply.
•all customised and personalised items are non returnable and will not be refunded.
•in the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged please contact me within 24 hours of receiving the parcel so the issue can be rectified. I will need photos of the packaging as without this I cannot raise a complaint with the postal service used.
•once items have been posted (second class signed for or a courier service, unless otherwise requested) please allow 14 days for your order to arrive. If your parcel has not arrived within this time please notify me so I can look into where your parcel is. Once your parcel has been signed for it is considered delivered and out of my hands.
•if you do not collect your parcel from the sorting office and it is returned to me you will be required to pay the postage charge again.
•if you would like to return an item that is not customised or personalised please contact me within 14 days of receiving the parcel. You will be responsible for the return postage cost, I suggest a signed for or tracked service to ensure the item does not get lost in transit as I cannot be held responsible for this. Items must be returned to me in the original condition, with all parts and packaging intact, within 28 days from you receiving the parcel to qualify for a refund. I will then process a refund (excluding the original p&p charge) if your item is not returned to me within the stated times your right to cancel and return will be revoked.
•I offer payment plans, the initial deposit is non refundable. If work has already started on your item while you are paying the balance then no money will be returned. If work has not started then you will be refunded the money paid minus the deposit. If there is any issues at any time regarding the payment plan please contact me, I can be really flexible with the payment amounts and dates, and can work with you to find a suitable solution.
•if work has not begun on your order and you wish to cancel a refund will be issued the way you paid. If special or specific items have been purchased for your order, a refund will be issued minus these costs.
•excluding payment plans I require full payment upfront before starting any work. Payment can be made through Paypal invoicing, you do not need an account for this, just access to the internet and your credit/debit card details.
•orders will only be posted to the address on the Paypal invoice, it is your responsibility to ensure the address is correct. Refunds will not be issued for parcels being posted to the listed address.
•any mistakes made by incorrect information supplied by yourself will not be refunded or replaced, if I have made the mistake I will refund or rectify.
•please remember that you are buying a handmade product (unless stated that it is a stock item) items are not mass produced in a factory so no two will be absolutely identical, natural flaws such as knots in wood etc may occur. This adds to the beauty and uniqueness of each item.
